Deasy School recognized and celebrated International Day of Persons with Disabilities in order to help our students become more compassionate and understanding of the challenges of other kids who may be "different". Our teachers spread awareness on this day, helping children understand that being different is OK, and it is important to be inclusive and kind, even if someone doesn't appear the same as them.
