High School Students Participated in LI High School Dance Symposium at Hofstra

Glen Cove High School dance students participated in the Long Island High School Dance Symposium held at Hofstra University on March 18, joining high school dance programs from across Long Island for a day of artistic growth and collaboration. Students engaged in a variety of technique classes led by Hofstra University dance faculty, gaining exposure to collegiate-level instruction and diverse movement styles. The event also featured a culminating performance showcase, where students had the opportunity to present their work. Representing Glen Cove, students performed a contemporary dance piece choreographed by Glen Cove High School Dance Teacher Renee Sussman, highlighting their technical skill, expressive artistry, and dedication to the craft.
