We are thrilled to share some incredible news regarding one of our standout students. Luke Benzinger has been awarded the prestigious Cadet Appointment Program (CAP) Scholarship from SUNY Maritime College.
This honor is the result of a nomination by NYS Senator Jack Martins. To celebrate this milestone, Luke and his family met with Senator Martins and Mayor Pam Panzenbeck at City Hall. Both the Senator and the Mayor expressed their pride in seeing a student from our district receive such a distinguished award.
Luke received full tuition for all four years at SUNY Maritime College and he will begin his studies as part of the Regimental Corps of Cadets this fall.
