GCHS Yearbook Logo

The Glen Cove High School Yearbook Club is being recognized for its creativity, teamwork, and award-winning work. The club received national honors in the Entourage Yearbooks National Competition, celebrating the exceptional talent and dedication of its student designers and photographers.

Huge thanks to our Class of 2025 Yearbook leaders who laid the foundation for this accomplishment, including Co-Presidents Julia Petrizzo and Katherine Bernal, and Vice President Talia Vaughan.

Current students Victoria Rivera Ortega and Skylar Benzinger earned top distinctions for their collaborative page designs and photography. Their work received First Place for Page Layout and Second Place for Photography in this year's Entourage Yearbooks National Competition. Both students now serve in leadership roles for the 2026 yearbook, with Victoria as Vice President | Lead Designer and Skylar as Treasurer.

The Yearbook Club’s full leadership team includes:

  • Editor in Chief (2026): Allison Villalobos

  • Vice President | Lead Designer: Victoria Rivera Ortega

  • Secretary: Sophia Gonzales

  • Treasurer: Skylar Benzinger

The district commends the entire Yearbook Club for its professionalism, collaboration, and ongoing commitment to high-quality work. Special thanks are extended to Yearbook Advisor Valerie Lasser for her guidance, support, and dedication to mentoring students in this creative endeavor.

Students are already hard at work on this year’s publication, promising more innovative projects. Ms. Lasser shared, “They’ve unleashed superpowers I didn’t know they had this fall, with a big surprise coming in June.”

Families are encouraged to purchase the Glen Cove High School yearbook today.
