The Glen Cove City School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Bryce Klatsky as Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology, effective July 2025.

Mr. Klatsky brings a decade of experience in instructional leadership, most recently serving as principal of Connolly Elementary School. He previously held the role of K–12 English Language Arts Coordinator for the district. Known for his collaborative and equity-driven approach, Mr. Klatsky has led major districtwide initiatives including the implementation of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), the ENL Newcomer Support Program, and the development of Glen Cove’s K–12 Portrait of a Graduate.

A former New York City educator and recipient of a prestigious Fulbright scholarship, Mr. Klatsky has been recognized for his innovative work in curriculum, assessment, and teacher development. He holds degrees from Skidmore College, Brooklyn College, and Hunter College, and has presented at national conferences including ASCD and ISTE, and his work has been published in Educational Leadership. In addition, he was honored by the North Shore Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for his exemplary work in fostering family-school partnerships.

Mr. Klatsky expressed his excitement about the new role: “It is a tremendous honor to continue serving the Glen Cove community. I’m committed to supporting our educators and building on our momentum to ensure all students have access to high-quality, engaging, and equitable learning experiences.”
