The alternate address must be within the bus zone for the student's assigned school.
The alternate stop must be the same for both AM and PM.
Only one student per form, please submit a separate request for each child.
Students will be assigned to the closest existing stop to the alternate address.
Requests will only be granted if there is an available seat on the bus.
Requests are valid for one school year only and must be submitted annually.
