This mission of the Glen Cove High School Environmental Club is to bring awareness about the environment to the Glen Cove community.

The club is responsible for the passing of a law prohibiting the release of balloons into the air in the City of Glen Cove. The club also received a grant for recycling bins & began a recycling  program at the high school. Members of the club sponsored a successful Earth Week spirit week & have volunteered in beautifying parts of Glen Cove over the last year. Members are truly passionate about the environment and looking to share that passion with the community.
