Dear Landing Families,

I can hardly believe it’s already March! February was a jam-packed month full of fun P.A.R.P. events. Our Landing Family celebrated P.A.R.P. with a visit from author, Roxie Monroe, a campfire sing-along, a book swap, guest high school readers, Storybook Bingo, an assembly with the N.Y. Islanders, and the long-awaited return of the P.A.R.P. Olympics. Thank you to our amazing PTA for their generous support of all the P.A.R.P. events and for our families for supporting students throughout this special two-week period.

Please don’t forget to sign up for parent-teacher conferences taking place in the evening on Thursday, March 9th from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and during the day on Friday, March 10th from 8:10 am - 2:40 pm. We can’t wait to see you there!

Save the date for the Pre-K Play: The Three Little Pigs on April 4, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the Landing School APR.

Estimadas familias de Landing,

¡Apenas puedo creer que ya es marzo! Febrero fue un mes repleto de diversión P.A.R.P. eventos. Nuestra Familia Landing celebró el P.A.R.P. con la visita de la autora Roxie Monroe, una fogata cantando, un intercambio de libros, lectores invitados de la escuela secundaria, Storybook Bingo, una asamblea con los isleños de Nueva York y el tan esperado regreso del P.A.R.P. Juegos Olímpicos. Gracias a nuestra increíble PTA por su generoso apoyo a todo el P.A.R.P. eventos y para nuestras familias por apoyar a los estudiantes durante este período especial de dos semanas.

No olvide inscribirse en las conferencias de padres y maestros que se llevarán a cabo el jueves 9 de marzo a las 6:00 p. m. - 8:00 pm. y durante el día viernes 10 de marzo de 8:10 am - 2:40 pm. ¡No podemos esperar a verte allí!

Guarde la fecha para la jugada de Pre-K: los tres pequeños cerdos el 4 de abril a las 9:30 a.m.
